To this end, the Pudong Urban Transport Platform actively adjusted the working mechanism, fully mobilized all available forces, worked overtime 24 hours a day to process work orders, adjusted the time limit for handling work orders related to the epidemic, shortened the time for handling work orders, and improved the efficiency of handling work orders. At the same time, all work orders of the epidemic hotline are classified and reviewed, and if any problems are found, prompt supervision and rectification in a timely manner, so as to ensure that people's appeals can be quickly circulated and dealt with.
